2010-2015

In 2010, Calamar opened it's first senior housing project in Omaha, NE (RM6-Woodbridge.)  Another entity, Calamar Federal Services, a disabled Veteran owned small business construction company, was created.

Currently we own and manage 2000+ senior housing apartment units throughout the U.S. and still many more, in the development and construction phase.

Also, in 2014, Calamar opened up a hospitality division for the construction of hotels throughout North America.
