CALAMAR OPENS NEW INDEPENDENT SENIOR COMMUNITY IN CONCORD, NH
(Concord, NH, December 4, 2017) Representative from Congresswoman Ann Kuster's office along with esteemed city and local officials, will join Calamar Wednesday, December 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. to celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon to commemorate the completion and grand opening of a new three-story, 140-apartment, independent living senior community for those 62+ at 23 Triangle Park Drive in Concord. This represents an affordable living option and opportunities for those 62+, providing active, independent living without inflated rent structures that are often associated with retirement communities.
This community is an entirely smoke-free, pet friendly community offering one and two bedroom apartments with rents ranging from $1,043-1,330/per month that include heat and water. All apartments are provided with a washer and dryer and many two bedrooms feature 1.5 baths. “In our on-going quest to better each community we build, we have incorporated these features and amenities based on the request of our residents. The 1.5 bath apartments are an extremely popular amenity” said Michael Morris, Northeast Regional Manager for Calamar.
“The positive response to this community has been overwhelming. The interest in this property has been very steady and speaks to the need in this area for this type of community. We welcomed 95 new residents that moved in on August 15, 2017! Now that the community is operating, interest is peaked even more!", Morris said.
