Calamar is seeking qualified candidates for our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Position.

The receptionist position supplies administrative support services to the general departments within the main office. Oversees administrative procedures and processes for general office. Includes, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision. Manage and schedule use of conference room(s), and boardroom(s) via calendars. Perform reception, mail distribution responsibilities, and office supply orders/stocking. Project a professional company image in-person and in phone interactions. Position requires 1-3 years relevant experience.

Experience and Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal Characteristics: Exceptional interpersonal skills, organized, team player, strong attention to detail, time management skills. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service. Excellent keyboarding skills preferred. EOE
