Calamar is currently seeking candidates for the position of Accounting Coordinator to join our accounting team. In this role, the successful candidate will manage and coordinate the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Successors:

1. Ability to manage a high volume of payables and receivables with accuracy and efficiency.

2. Knowledge of month end accounting procedures.

3. Excellent organizational skills.

4. Detail oriented.

5. Ability to find errors in invoicing and ledgers; knowledge of when to escalate issues to upper management.

Minimum work experience of 3 years in the AP/AR functional area required. An Associate's Degree in Accounting required.

Our accounting department relies on teamwork and communication to provide the best outcomes for the company.

Must have exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite programs with weighting on Excel, knowledge of Timberline software a plus.
