Calamar Management Group is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant with strong customer services skills, an individual who is highly organized, and has a "hit the ground running" attitude. This position oversees administrative procedures and processes for CMG and the Senior Housing Portfolio including; correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, customer service and providing support services. Manage individuals and department calendars. Coordinates travel arrangements. Project a professional company image in-person and in phone interactions. Position Requirements:

  • 2 -3 years of administrative experience preferably in the property management industry.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Excel and Word abilities. Must be able to complete merges, format spreadsheets, sort/filter/report data, and create functioning formulas.
  • Demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, organized, team player, strong attention to detail, time management skills.
