CALAMAR CELEBRATES 15 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
"Our commitment to Western New York is as strong as ever. We are in the process of developing The Woodlands Corporate Center East in Wheatfield, which is a 130-acre park, comprised of office, flex and industrial space as well as senior housing and patio homes. We truly strive to bring value and improve the quality of life for our clients and to the community" said Calamar president Kenneth Franasiak. "The cornerstone of our organization is our dedicated employees and their commitment to build top quality projects. These projects add value to the communities we develop in as well provide us with a great sense of pride in knowing we are part of redeveloping Western New York." Fransiak said. "As Calamar continues to grow in several areas, like Southern Ontario, the dedication to quality and our value added services will continue to be the hallmark of Calamar.
Calamar started as a dream of a few individuals and has grown into an organization whose foot print covers international borders. Our growth has also allowed us to penetrate the Southern Ontario market where we will soon be constructing our first tilt-up building in the Niagara region, which we are very excited about. To achieve success at a growth rate of over 400% annually is a testament to our systems and our people. Franasiak said. "We look forward to the next fifteen years of growth and value we can add to the communities we develop in. I would like to thank everyone involved in our organization for their belief and hard work on behalf of Calamar."
