Main Place Tower

Calamar has contracted with Main Place Tower to provide construction services on the third floor for a 45,000 S.F. tenant improvement project. The build-out will include complete construction for general offices (including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, fire suppression system for the server rooms, etc.), modifications to the existing elevators, and the installation of the security system and components. This is a Design-Build project.
