Leasing Manager:
Leasing Manager is key in all leasing and marketing activities, including:
- Leasing - prospecting, tours and lease execution
- Retention - provide excellent tenant satisfaction, resolve issues, provide enriched lifestyle for 55+ community
Foster retention in independent living by providing excellent customer service on facility issues and through resource allocation. Promote an environment that fosters independent living for an extended period through facility management, vendor relations, third-party service and resource coordination. Will represent and promote community at events, trade shows and in out reach activities.
Success is measured on leasing, occupancy and tenant satisfaction along with proven success in sales, customer service, organization and time management. Qualified candidates should posses 5+ years successful sales necessary and 2+ years experience in tenant relations and/or retention. Business/sales references necessary. Salary plus commission. Full-time with benefits.
Marketing internship for educational credit
Primary objective will be to enrich the social media experience for our Senior Housing division through regular updates and multi-media improvements. Experience adding to and updating a variety of social media on a regular basis. Interns will also contribute to marketing efforts by creating presentations, flyers, marketing materials and support documents. Candidates pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, information technology or other discipline will be considered.

Maintenance Technician:
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of senior community. Candidate should be familiar with construction or modification of existing properties as well as commercial mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, i.e. HVAC, etc. Negotiates & monitors vendors/contractors. Candidate should possess 5+ years facility maintenance experience along with appropriate certifications. Generous benefit package.
