Property Manager:
Entry level position is responsible for an independent living community for residents over 55. Property Manager is responsible for leasing, managing resource and service coordination as well as initiating, organizing and sustaining services and programs that foster an environment of continued independent living. Success is measured on leasing, occupancy and problem resolution. Candidate should possess 2+ years related experienced. Experience using Microsoft Office. Generous benefit package.
Maintenance Technician:
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of senior community. Candidate should be familiar with construction or modification of existing properties as well as commercial mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, i.e. HVAC, etc. Negotiates & monitors vendors/contractors. Candidate should possess 5+ years facility maintenance experience along with appropriate certifications. Generous benefit package.
Project Manager / Estimator
Project manager/estimator needed for construction department. Some capabilities include providing space planning & schematic floor plans from program requirements. Estimate construction projects from a conceptual level through completed project documents. Project management from contract award through close-out. Ideal candidate will have field experience and some architectural background. Position requires minimum 5 years experience in a similar commercial construction position. Unpredictable travel to job site necessitates valid, clean drivers license.
Leasing Executive
Lease commercial space. Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide information to maximize sales volume. Achieve leasing and tenant retention through the aggressive marketing and leasing of facilities. Negotiate, prepare & renew leases. Applicant must represent Calamar at events and organizations. Local travel required. Base + commission. 2+ years successful real estate and sales experience required.

Entry level. Initiate, coordinate, assist with marketing and selling senior community (Woodbridge Senior Village). Proven experience in a sales or goal oriented environment (prior sales, customer services and/or cold calling experience). Caring personality toward residents and for one's own success desired. Organizational and Microsoft Office skills necessary
Project Manager/Estimator:
Omaha Design-Build development construction company needs a versatile candidate capable of estimating and project management of multi-million dollar commercial projects. Microsoft Office necessary. MS Project and/or Timberline (or similar) software preferred. Candidate should possess five (5) + years experience along with a construction related degree. Senior Housing experience helpful.
