Property Manager: 

Entry level position is responsible for an independent living community for residents over 55. Property Manager is responsible for leasing, managing resource and service coordination as well as initiating, organizing and sustaining services and programs that foster an environment of continued independent living. Success is measured on leasing, occupancy and problem resolution. Candidate should possess 2+ years related experienced. Experience using Microsoft Office. Generous benefit package.

Maintenance Technician:

Responsible for the repair and maintenance of senior community. Candidate should be familiar with construction or modification of existing properties as well as commercial mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, i.e. HVAC, etc. Negotiates & monitors vendors/contractors. Candidate should possess 5+ years facility maintenance experience along with appropriate certifications. Generous benefit package.

Business Development Executive:

Implement strategic sales plans designed to drive company goals.  Foster relationships with new contacts resulting in construction contracts.  Previous experience selling to "C" suite necessary.  Background in banking, construction, real estate, etc., considered.  Must be able to see a deal and like pulling it together.  15+ years experience.  Base plus commission.
