Calamar Capital Services, LLC (CCS) focuses on the acquisition of medical office buildings, grocery anchored retail shopping centers, independent living senior housing projects, and credit anchored industrial facilities nationwide. In addition, CCS provides debt and equity to developers and commercial property owners in the form of direct investment or in joint venture. We are creative real estate entrepreneurs capable of creating the right type of unique ownership structure for high quality assets.

We acquire both single assets and portfolios and will purchase discounted debt. CCS recognizes and protects licensed real estate brokers.
